Our production workshop is primarily divided into four areas:
Raw Material Storage Area:
A barcode traceability system enables full tracking of raw material warehousing, inspection, and pre-processing, ensuring source control.
Production and Processing Area:
Linear arrangements reduce material handling distances and improve per capita productivity.
Quality Inspection Area:
Equipped with testing equipment such as the German Hipotronics partial discharge system, achieving a sensitivity of up to 0.1pC and complying with international standards (such as ISO and ASTM) to prevent substandard products from entering the next stage.
Finished Product Storage Area:
Zoned shelving, combined with an intelligent logistics system, enables efficient management of finished product warehousing, outbound delivery, and shipment.

At present, the workshop is equipped with various production and auxiliary equipment, providing solid hardware guarantee for product quality and production efficiency.
We mainly use internationally leading automated production equipment such as CNC bending machines, CNC punching machines, laser welding, and automatic spraying to greatly improve production efficiency, reduce human errors, and ensure that our products reach the industry's top level in terms of precision, efficiency, and reliability.
CNC Press Brakes: Bend sheet metal into desired shapes and angles with high precision and efficiency.
CNC Punch Presses: Punch various holes and contours into sheet metal.
Laser Welding: Provides efficient and precise welding, ensuring strength and airtightness.
Laser Cutters: Cut sheet metal (such as stainless steel and galvanized steel) with high precision and efficiency.
Sheet Shears: Cut large sheets into desired dimensions.
Surface Treatment Equipment:
Sandblasting Machine: Removes welding slag and rust, improving surface adhesion.
Pickling and Phosphating Line: Pre-treats metal for corrosion protection.
Spray Coating Line: Sprays corrosion protection onto housings and structural components.
Other Auxiliary Equipment:
Vacuum Equipment: Used for vacuuming and oiling transformers and other products.
Cleanroom: Used for assembling high-voltage and ultra-high-voltage products to prevent dust from affecting insulation.
Laboratory Equipment: Establishes a company laboratory (e.g., for temperature rise testing and short-circuit withstand capability testing).
