1. Vector Control, Fast Response

By measuring and controlling the stator current vector of the AC motor, based on the field orientation principle, the excitation current and torque current of the AC motor are controlled separately, so as to achieve the purpose of controlling the torque of the AC motor.

The High Voltage Variable Frequency Drive has large starting torque, fast dynamic torque response, high control precision, and strong load-carrying capacity.

It can drive synchronous or asynchronous motors, and is especially suitable for impact loads such as ball mills, belt conveyors, and compressors.

 

2. Multi-machine Linkage, Power Balance

The High Voltage Variable Frequency Drive has a master-slave control function, and multiple frequency converters can form a master-slave control network through a data bus. One of them is set as the master, and the others as slaves. The master collects the status information of each slave in real time, and sends frequency and torque commands to each slave at the same time, so as to realize the power balance and comprehensive control of each frequency converter.

Frequency conversion to power frequency: The frequency converter brings the motor to the power frequency, detects the frequency, phase and amplitude of the power frequency grid, then adjusts the output of the frequency converter to be the same frequency and phase as the power frequency. After adjustment, the motor is connected to the grid end and then disconnected from the frequency converter.

Power frequency to frequency conversion: First, the High Voltage Variable Frequency Drive detects the frequency, phase and amplitude of the power frequency grid. After the frequency converter is switched in, it directly outputs the corresponding voltage vector to the motor, and finally the power frequency is withdrawn.

This technology can meet the needs of comprehensive control of multiple motors and soft start of large-capacity motors. The maximum current is less than or equal to the rated current, truly achieving fast soft switching without large current impact.
