The autotransformer is suitable for infrequent voltage reduction starting of three-phase asynchronous motors with AC 50Hz, rated voltage 380V and power 14KW-300KW, so as to reduce the impact on the transmission network when the motor is started.

Our QZB series autotransformers are suitable for auto-step-down starting of three-phase AC (50-60Hz), 380V, and 14-350kW squirrel-cage motors, minimizing the impact of motor starting on the auxiliary power network.

1. An autotransformer is a single-turn transformer. Its primary and secondary windings share a common winding, and its voltage is fixed. Compared to conventional transformers of the same capacity, it offers advantages such as simple structure, reduced material consumption, and compact size. It is particularly economical when the transformation ratio is close to unity. Therefore, this type of transformer is commonly used in high-power transmission transformers with similar voltages. It is also widely used in step-down starting boxes for asynchronous motors over 10 kW.

Professional craftsmanship: The coils are uniformly wound and treated with vacuum pressure impregnation (VPI) insulating varnish. This process enhances resistance to moisture, dust, and corrosion, and improves dielectric strength and mechanical stability.

A: Within one year from the date of sale, if there are any component issues, simply provide photos of the damaged component and we will provide a free replacement.
