Isolation transformer

Our three-phase dry-type isolation transformers are a new generation of energy-saving power transformers, developed based on references to similar international products and tailored to China's specific conditions. Available in capacities from 300VA to 1600kVA, they comply with international and national standards such as IEC439 and GB5226. The windings utilize a full-row winding method, and the transformers are vacuum-impregnated with varnish, achieving insulation grades of F or H. The product's performance reaches advanced domestic and international standards. The QSG/SG series three-phase dry-type isolation transformers are widely used in AC circuits operating at 50Hz to 60Hz and voltages up to 2000V.

It is widely used in imported important equipment, precision machine tools, electromechanical equipment, medical equipment, rectification, lighting, etc. The various input and output voltages, connection groups, number and position of adjustment taps (generally ±5%), distribution of winding capacity, configuration of secondary single-phase winding, working mode of rectification circuit, whether or not a shell is required, etc. of the product can be carefully designed and manufactured according to user requirements.

Q: What material is used for the transformer?

A: We offer two types, depending on your requirements. One is 100% copper, and the other is copper-aluminum. Please note that the cost of each type varies.

 

Q: What is the output accuracy?

A: Typically, the factory setting is ±2%, but customization is possible from ±0.5% to ±5%.

 

Q: What does the input voltage range/window of a voltage regulator mean?

A: For example, a voltage regulator with an input voltage range/window of ±20% and a rated voltage of 400V can continuously provide a 400V output when the input voltage is within the range of 400V ±20% (320V to 480V). If the input voltage is below 320V, the output voltage will be below 400V; if the input voltage exceeds 480V, the output voltage will also exceed 400V. This is a very important parameter that users should consider.

 

Q: If a quality problem occurs, how should it be resolved?

A: Follow the analysis steps to identify the key cause of the problem. We usually provide spare parts free of charge during the warranty period.

 

Q: How should I perform regular preventive maintenance?

A: The AVR must be cleaned of dust and carbon dust every 6 to 12 months of operation. Pay attention to the brush surfaces and the autotransformer surfaces where the brushes contact. Clean with a soft brush or dry cloth.

 

In addition, gears and drive components must be lubricated regularly with a small amount of lubricant. Check mechanical fasteners and tighten any loose screws. The three brush sets should be level.
