Product Introduction
1. In terms of design, the CJX2 contactor adopts an optimized double-breakpoint direct-acting contact structure and a three-dimensionally arranged magnetic circuit system. The double-breakpoint contact structure makes the arc-extinguishing effect better. The magnetic circuit system has been optimized through simulation, with stable electromagnetic attraction, rapid and accurate action, reducing contact bouncing and wear.
2. The arc-extinguishing system adopts a new type of arc-extinguishing cover and grid structure, which can quickly and effectively extinguish arcs, improving electrical life and breaking capacity.
3. The CJX2 contactor has a low-power design. By improving the electromagnetic system and adopting an energy-saving coil, the coil power consumption is reduced by more than 30% compared with traditional contactors, reducing energy consumption.
Normal Operating Conditions
● Electrical rating: AC 50/60HZ, 1140V;
● Altitude: ≤2500m. Higher altitude will lead to thin air, poor heat dissipation conditions, reduced air insulation strength, and easy arcing between contacts;
● Ambient temperature: -5°C ~ +40°C;
● Humidity requirements: The relative humidity of the air shall not exceed 50% when the maximum temperature is 40°C; at lower temperatures, higher relative humidity is allowed.
● Installation category: Category III;
● Installation conditions: The inclination between the installation plane and the vertical plane shall not exceed ±5°;
● Current requirements: The rated current level of the contactor shall be reasonably selected according to the rated current of the load to ensure that the rated current of the contactor is greater than the maximum working current of the load.

Installation, Use and Maintenance
1. Before installation, please identify the company's trademark;
2. Check whether the rated voltage, current, frequency, auxiliary contacts, etc. in the wiring diagram meet your design requirements;
3. During installation, install according to the specified installation conditions. The A1 symbol on the terminal of the contactor coil should face upward, which conforms to human visual habits;
4. The wiring screws should be tightened. After checking that the wiring is correct, the attraction coil should be energized to open and close several times when the main contacts are not live. It can be put into use only after the action is reliable;
5. If abnormal noise is found during use, it may be that there is dirt on the pole surface of the iron core, please clean the pole surface;
6. During use, each part of the product should be checked regularly. The movable parts are required not to be stuck, the fasteners are not loose, and if any parts are damaged, they should be replaced in time.
