Product Introduction
Isolating Switch
1. It adopts a modular design structure, allowing flexible and diverse combinations. Made of glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester resin, it has high dielectric performance, a high protection level, and safe and reliable operation. The operating mechanism is an acceleration mechanism with spring energy storage and instantaneous release. The isolating switch has a double-break contact structure for instantaneous connection and disconnection, which is independent of the speed of the operating handle.
2. Isolating switches have various structures and operation modes. They are equipped with a window for directly observing the on-off state of the contacts, allowing operations inside, outside, and at the back of the cabinet, as well as front and side operations, and can be wired at the front and back of the plate.

Product Usage Environment
Load isolating switches can work under the following conditions:
1. Altitude does not exceed 2500m;
2. Ambient temperature shall not be higher than 40°C or lower than -5°C, and relative humidity shall not exceed 95%;
3. Environment without explosive medium;
4. Environment without rain and snow intrusion;
Note: If the product is expected to be used in an environment where the temperature exceeds +40°C or is lower than -5°C to -45°C, the user shall inform the manufacturer.
Product Features
1. The acceleration mechanism with spring energy storage and instantaneous release achieves a fast opening speed of (13.8m/s), which is independent of the speed of the operating handle, greatly improving the arc extinguishing capacity.
2. The shell made of glass fiber reinforced unsaturated polyester resin has good flame retardancy, dielectric properties, carbonation resistance, and impact resistance.
3. The parallel double-break contacts have a self-cleaning function.
4. All contact materials of the isolating switch are copper-silver alloy, with two separate contact surfaces.
5. Large isolation distance.
6. When in the "O" position, the switch handle can be locked with three latches at the same time, reliably avoiding misoperation.

Q: Can the isolating switch be operated with a load?
A: Isolating switches do not have arc-extinguishing capability, so operation with a load is strictly prohibited. Before operating the isolating switch, it is necessary to ensure that the load current in the circuit has been completely cut off by other equipment with arc-extinguishing capability (such as circuit breakers). Only when the circuit is in a state of no load current can the isolating switch be operated safely.

Note: When wiring, ensure that the neutral line (N) is correctly connected to the phase line to avoid misjudgment by the frequency converter.
