1. Not displayed. This situation is more common, generally in the external three-phase power supply under normal circumstances, is the inverter switching power burned, you can measure the 24 volt power supply on the output board of the terminal of the inverter, if not, it is this problem, this situation is generally the switch tube burned more, can be simply replaced, if it is not good to find a manufacturer or a professional inverter maintenance company.
2. The output is unbalanced. If the balance rate exceeds plus or minus 15%, it is definitely not usable, you can measure the electricity through the voltage level of the multimeter, whether the voltage is balanced, and the current is measured by the wrong meter conditionally, in the case of determining the existence of three-phase output unbalance, it is necessary to disconnect the connection line between the inverter and the motor, and simply measure whether the resistance value of the electric positive between the three phases of the motor is close with the multimeter alone, if the motor has a problem, the motor needs to be repaired. If the motor is normal, this situation is generally |The GT is broken, and the drive circuit is generally faulty.
3. The speed is unstable. Try to avoid the inverter working in the low-frequency state, generally need to set the inverter above 8HZ, if the high frequency is still unstable, you can adjust the VF ratio to a lesser extent. If it is a vector control mode, after using it for a long time, the motor parameters may change and cause parameter mismatch, so you can redo the parameter matching between the inverter and the motor, and then save it.
4. The motor is too loud and the motor temperature is high. The carrier frequency can be appropriately increased, and the output waveform of the inverter will be ideal. If the inverter interferes with other equipment during operation, the frequency of the debord can be appropriately reduced.
5. The newly installed inverter cannot start working. Many inverters are factory set to the panel operation mode, that is, through the start button of the panel to start, through the panel key to give the frequency, so if you use the external terminal control of the inverter, of course, it cannot be used directly, you can find the frequency source in the parameters and the given signal source, set to the corresponding external control mode.
6. If the current of the inverter is too large for a long time, you can check the fan of the inverter outlet to see if there is a lot of dust or the like, sticking to the fan blades, or there are a lot of dirty things in the main circuit of the inverter.
