Maintenance And Repair Of Distribution Box

1. Regular inspection:
Regularly check the electrical connection and grounding inside the distribution box, and eliminate abnormal conditions in time; Check whether the neutral wire and ground wire in the distribution box are connected to the special terminal or copper bar; Check whether there is overload connection in the distribution box. When the wire cross-sectional area is the same, no more than two wires can be connected on the same terminal; Check whether there is an arc isolation plate installed between the phase connection terminals in the distribution box.

2. Cleaning and maintenance:

Clean the distribution box regularly to prevent dust accumulation and cause failures; the distribution box should be kept clean and no debris should be placed.

3. Maintenance requirements:

Inspection and maintenance personnel must be professional electricians, and must wear insulating shoes and gloves as required, and use insulating tools for electricians. When performing regular maintenance and inspection on the distribution box and switch box, the corresponding cable isolating switch of the previous level must be disconnected and the power must be cut off, and the "No Closing, Someone Working" power outage sign must be hung, and live work is strictly prohibited.
