The high-voltage switchgear produced by our company has passed the on-site acceptance of the mine user unit and has been put into operation. As a manufacturer, our company actively cooperates with the user.
The following specific acceptance and tests were carried out on the switchgear at the site of use:
1. Appearance inspection: The box should be free of damage, rust, and deformation;
2. Inspection before cable laying: Cable insulation resistance test (using 500V megohmmeter): Phase-to-phase and ground insulation values ≥0.5MΩ, rubber sheaths or corrugated pipes are required for protection at the entrance and exit of the distribution box.
3. Box pre-embedded inspection: The pre-embedded box must have a vertical error of ≤2mm with the wall, and the box fixing bolts must not be welded on the structural steel bars (to prevent electrochemical corrosion).
4. Key tests before power on; ground continuity test; use a ground resistance tester to measure ground resistance.
5. Simulated action test of leakage protector;
6. Check after power on; three-phase load balance; temperature rise test,
- After running for 1 hour, the infrared thermometer detects that the temperature rise of the busbar joint and circuit breaker terminal is ≤70K (ambient temperature +70℃).
7. Mechanical interlocking function test (five-defense core:
Forced locking test, grounding knife switch and circuit breaker interlocking**: When the circuit breaker is closed, the grounding knife switch cannot be closed; vice versa.
The cabinet door is interlocked with the circuit breaker. When the circuit breaker is in the closed state, the cabinet door cannot be opened (verified by the mechanical baffle).
Practical operation method, manually simulate wrong operation (such as pulling the knife switch with load), and confirm that the interlocking mechanism automatically blocks.
8. Insulation performance depth detection, partial discharge (PD) test (for high-voltage cabinet); key area busbar connection, insulator surface, cable terminal head.
9. Power frequency withstand voltage test.
After on-site acceptance and test monitoring, our company's switch cabinet acceptance contract was successfully delivered, and users made highly satisfactory comments on our company's products and services.
