The 10kV high-voltage switchgear is a complete set of indoor power distribution devices for three-phase AC 50Hz single-bus segmentation system or double-bus segmentation system. When purchasing high-voltage switchgear, we must pay attention to details:
1. Clear positioning.
High-voltage switchgear is a complete set of products, although there are hundreds of domestic manufacturers, but its core components are still imported products, if you encounter technical problems, equipment maintenance and replacement are more troublesome, therefore, in the case of abundant budget, you should try to choose a well-known brand, because of its sufficient stock, when encountering problems when the efficiency is relatively high.
2. Inlet and outlet mode.
There are basically two connection methods for conventional inlet and outlet lines on the switch cabinet:
(1) inlet and outlet cable room connection.
(2) The incoming and outgoing lines are led out by the wall casing on the top of the cabinet, and are connected with the bus bridge, and the bus bridge is then connected with the overhead line through the wall casing. There are also a small number of users, the cable rack is introduced from the top of the cabinet, the cabinet is connected, the top of the cabinet is connected, and a safety grid is set up. When the user ordered, a system diagram and a standard scheme were provided, but the way of entering and exiting the line could not be fully expressed, and the user should explain it in the technical agreement of the actual installation requirements on site, and it was difficult to install it on site.
3. The breaking capacity of the circuit breaker is correctly selected.
On the primary system diagram, the selected circuit breaker indicates that the circuit breaker model, rated working voltage, and rated working current must also select the circuit breaker breaking capacity. There are user drawings, the circuit breaker breaking capacity is not selected, so that the manufacturing plant brings difficulties when engineering design, the breaking capacity selection should be selected according to the system short-circuit parameters, if the manufacturer does not understand the system short-circuit parameters is difficult to make the correct choice. There are also some user drawings that blindly select high breaking parameters without considering the short-circuit parameters of the system, resulting in unnecessary waste of funds. It is important to choose the right breaking capacity, both to ensure safe operation and to reduce product costs.
4. Cabinet material.
The volume of the high-voltage switchgear is large, therefore, the cabinet material has a great impact on the price, under normal circumstances, the parts and brackets are made of imported aluminum-zinc plate and the door panel is made of 300 series high-quality steel plate.
