What do you know about the safety hazard inspection points of the distribution box? (II)

10. Internal cleanliness: Ensure that there is no accumulation of debris in the distribution box and switch box, and electrical components are not directly installed on combustible materials (such as wooden boards).

11. Wiring arrangement: Check whether the wiring in the distribution box is neat and orderly, and eliminate the phenomenon of twisted wires.

12. Control circuit identification: Confirm that the identification of each control circuit in the distribution box is clear and complete.

13. Obsolete equipment: Check whether there are obsolete knife switches with poor safety performance in the distribution box.

14. Wire color distinction: According to regulations, the wire colors should be clearly distinguished, among which the phase line L1 (A) is yellow, L2 (B) is green, and L3 (C) is red; the N line is light blue; the PE line is green and yellow.

15. Environmental adaptability: The distribution box and switch box should be placed in a dry and well-ventilated environment. No debris should be placed in the box, and the box door should be kept closed. For Class C warehouses, it is recommended to install these facilities in the upwind position of the outdoor non-explosion-proof area to reduce the safety hazards caused by dust accumulation.

16. Leakage protection device: Confirm whether the secondary leakage circuit breaker has been installed in the distribution box of the main switch on the floor, and check whether its action time and current setting meet the requirements of the terminal leakage protection switch.

17. Socket status monitoring: Regularly check the status of the sockets in the workshop and warehouse, especially pay attention to whether there is a blackening phenomenon, which may be a warning signal of fire and electric shock risks, and immediate action is required to solve it.

18. Sound and smell: Listen for abnormal noises in the distribution box, such as humming, clicking, etc., which may be manifestations of electrical faults. Sniff the surrounding air for a burnt smell, which is an important warning sign of electrical equipment failure.
